En Yakın Eczane shows the open pharmacies nearest to your location — and, outside working hours, the nearest on-duty pharmacies — on a map and as a list. Pick a pharmacy to get directions or call it in one tap. This page is for questions and problem reports about the app.

- Is the app free?
- Yes, completely free. It requires no account, no subscription and no purchase of any kind; every feature is available at no cost.
- How current is the pharmacy data?
- On-duty pharmacy data is refreshed automatically during the day. Nearby (open) pharmacies are pulled live from OpenStreetMap open data.
- Why are some pharmacies missing from the map?
- Nearby pharmacies come from the open data source OpenStreetMap, and some pharmacies may not have been added there yet. On-duty pharmacies come from an official source and are complete.
- How is open vs. on-duty mode decided?
- During your area’s working hours the app lists all pharmacies around you; outside those hours it lists the on-duty pharmacies nearest to you, ordered by distance.
- Do I have to grant location permission?
- No. Location is requested only so the app can show the pharmacies closest to you. If you prefer not to grant it, use “Search by Region” to see on-duty pharmacies by picking a province and district manually.
- Can I pan the map to look at another area?
- Yes. Move the map anywhere and tap “Search this area” to list the pharmacies there. The location button at the bottom right returns you to your own position.
- How do directions open?
- Select a pharmacy and tap “Go to location”; the route opens in the maps app you chose in the app’s settings (Apple Maps, Google Maps or Yandex).
- A pharmacy entry is wrong or missing — what should I do?
- If you spot an error in the on-duty list, email us and we will check the source and correct it. Nearby pharmacy data comes from OpenStreetMap community data, so you can also fix an entry directly at openstreetmap.org — your correction reaches the app shortly after.
